LEL management leads all new team training during building start-up, using a proven “TEAM CLEANING” approach—working floor by floor for one to two weeks depending on building size. The Site Supervisor ensures efficiency, monitors performance, and alerts the Project Manager if standards aren’t met, making this process both effective and reliable.

All client details are captured in a spec sheet, reviewed by the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, and verified with a site tour. The Site Supervisor leads daily cleaning, while the Project Manager oversees assignments, inspections, and personnel. Logbooks keep communication clear—tracking requests, complaints, and responses to ensure accountability and service quality.
